A well experienced professional with over thirty five years of experience in the financial services industry, James A. His focus is on income and estate tax strategies, assisting clients looking to preserve wealth and increase assets, while attending advanced Estate & Financial Planning courses at both Columbia University and Wharton’s School of Business. As the Regional Vice President for Householder Group, a Registered Investment Advisory Firm, Jim focuses on developing and implementing retirement and estate plans for private clients. The firm incorporates advanced tax planning techniques to help minimize income and estate taxes and utilize appropriate investment strategies in order to focus on capital preservation and multigenerational wealth management. He is also a Registered Representative and Managing Principal with LPL Financial the largest independent broker dealer in the nation.
Jim received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Midwestern College. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1974 and throughout the years, has worked in all channels of the financial industry, managing both individual and business accounts, as well as other advisors.
In Jims spare time, he stays involved in the community by participating in various capacities in Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, March Dimes, Muscular Dystrophy Tele-thon and many other charitable organizations. He and his wife, Leslee have four grown children and two grandchildren, Jack and Grace, who are the light of his eye.
